Discipleship Training

Discipleship training is a Southern Baptist program through which Christians of all ages are offered the resources to bring their Christian perspective to the world around them. This is accomplished by weekly age group classes.

Senior Adult Ministry

At SHBC, we have an active senior adult fellowship. This group is open to anyone 55 years of age or older. Our goal is to provide opportunities for spiritual growth and fellowship.

Music Ministry

Music is a real and vital part of the worship at South Harriman Baptist Church. The Music Ministry is geared toward providing worship opportunities for the entire church family. Worship experiences involve not only congregational singing, but also special music provided by soloists, instrumentalists, and ensembles.

Women’s Ministry

The Women’s Ministry at SHBC seeks to nurture, instruct, and encourage women of all ages in their walk with the Lord. The Women’s Ministry addresses issues and concerns of women in the format of monthly meetings which are usually scheduled for the second Thursday of the month. These meetings offer a time of fun and fellowship as well as spiritual growth and renewal. This ministry also hosts special events and retreats.
